Arty's Parties is holding a free raffle to all of our customers as well as anyone else who would like to participate to win a free 1 hour clown show for the year 2011.  The clown show will include facepainting, balloons, tattoos, and dances.**   That's a $160.00 savings.  The raffle will be held on January 1, 2011.  Arty's Parties will notify the winner that week.  You can also check out the results of the drawing on this webpage.
